The Hybrid concept of the Airity Hybrid rod series offers a variety of technological highlights of the Daiwa rod building technology and combines exclusive components with a timeless modern design.

For the start ring and the two following rings, original Fuji SiC K-rings are used, for all subsequent rings the exclusive Daiwa-AGS carbon fiber rings are used.

This hybrid arrangement of rings particularly highlights the advantages of AGS ring placement in practical use – the tip parts of the SVF Nanoplus Blanks react extremely quickly due to the weight reduction and do not wobble afterwards.

Daiwa-AGS rings are about 40% lighter than traditional SiC rings with metal frames of the same size. The special hardness and torsional strength of the carbon fiber rings transmit all oscillations and vibrations directly and without delay to the blank up to the hand. This creates an incredibly sensitive bait feeling, where even short bites can be realized, and the bite yield increases.

The blanks are also equipped with the exclusive X45X technology. This special carbon fiber arrangement on the blank surface significantly improves compression, thus creating an incomparable torsional strength of the rods under load.

The X45X surface also provides a distinctive carbon fiber look on the blank. All models have an extremely fast and tight tip action with a stiff handle part – ideal for acknowledging the bite even at long distances.

The exclusive Air Sensor reel seat from Daiwa is made of a carbon fiber composite material, is extremely light and torsion-resistant, and is very comfortable to hold. The Split-Handle made of high-quality AAA cork and EVA material visually emphasizes the Hybrid concept in this exceptional series.

All rods from 240cm in length are equipped with a permanently glued balance weight in the handle to further optimize the balance of the rods. The lineup of the Airity Hybrid series covers the most important spinning fishing methods and is particularly suitable for the use of softbaits.

The model with a length of 295cm was specially developed for use on large rivers, canals, and lakes and enables precise casting to spots far away with baits weighing over 50g.

The Airity Hybrid rods are delivered in a high-quality, padded transport case, in which the fully assembled rod can be safely transported.
