With the Ballistic LTD series, Daiwa offers a predatory fish rod series that is extremely modern in every detail. Components such as the innovative Fuji TVS reel seat, lightweight Seaguide guides with zirconia inlays and a stylish EVA split handle, together with some of Daiwa's exclusive and high-quality processing technologies, offer an absolutely sophisticated product line. X45 technology in the carbon fiber blank significantly improves the compression of the blanks and therefore has a positive effect on the torsion resistance of the rods - the rods cast with absolute control and precision and are significantly less sensitive to breakage.
The HVF blanks from Ballistic LTD are characterized by a reduced resin content and therefore a high carbon fiber content - the rods are therefore very light, fast in action and perfectly balanced. Short EVA front handles and the characteristic side recesses of the Fuji TVS reel seat make it easy to make direct contact with the blank and thus be able to perceive the bait play, bottom and fish contact very well - a feature that is particularly in demand when softbait fishing, but also with is a great advantage to all other fishing techniques!
The Ballistic LTD with 15-50 g and 30-70 g casting weight are perfectly tailored to fishing with hard and soft lures of higher weight classes - if the fish are deep or in strong currents, the appropriate depth can be searched in a controlled manner with heavy jig hooks or deep-running wobblers . These rods are also ideal for fishing with chatterbaits!
