Compared to the existing J-Braid X8, the Grand X8 offers a tighter weave – this achieves better abrasion resistance and knot strength. Through the special manufacturing process, where the J-Braid Grand X8 is stretched during production, abrasion resistance and tensile strength are additionally increased. The J-Braid Grand X8 is very soft and also extremely quiet in the rings due to the surface coating – it is a bit stiffer than the J-Braid X8 and is therefore particularly suitable for windy and difficult casting conditions.
