The spinning reel was specially developed for saltwater use. It already features Okuma's new, strong “Litecast design”. During the construction, emphasis was placed on maximum stability with the lowest possible weight. An example of this is the magnesium/aluminium alloy, which was used to save weight. The resulting reduced weight of the reel makes fishing a lot more comfortable for you!

The extra-strong dual-force braking system ensures maximum braking power. It also offers you maximum safety during the drill and ensures that even the most combative predators can be forced safely and effortlessly into your hot spot. The screw-in power crank made of aluminum in combination with the round EVA knob offers you maximum comfort. Even if you find yourself in the toughest fishing situations and efficient power transmission is required during the fight, the Cedros won't let you down!

With the permanent Quick-Set backstop you can lock this reel in one direction when using very tight hook sets.
