The Okuma Helios SX spinning reel is made from C-40X carbon fiber. The torsion control armor design makes the reel extremely stiff and lighter. It also reduces twisting and torque.
In addition, the Helios SX features a cyclonic flow rotor that offers more precise tolerances for more precise gear alignment, maximum casting ability and ultimate durability. This also minimizes the chance of water ingress or corrosion.
The Helios The whole thing is refined with an ALG alloy.
If you want to use extremely strong hook sets, you can lock the reel in one direction using the Quick-Set Infinite Anti-Reverse system. This system makes it as easy to use as possible so you can fully devote yourself to fishing.
Another nicety of the Helios SX is RESII: a computer balanced rotor balancing system.
