The new Ryobi Protarget Surf is a long-distance casting reel specifically designed for saltwater surf and coastal fishing. The spool stroke of 35mm, supported by a precision wormshaft gear, ensures perfect line placement on the conical long-distance casting spool, an absolute prerequisite for long and well-placed casts. The body, rotor and other components are made of lightweight and high-strength ABS and are therefore completely corrosion-free.
With its Ryobi size of 8500 and a line capacity of 250 m 0.35 mm, the Protarget Surf is ideally sized for surf fishing on the Baltic Sea.
