The Shimano Zodias has been significantly improved and now features Shimano's exclusive Carbon Monocoque handle part for maximum sensitivity and perfect transmission of the ground conditions including the finest bite transmission.The full carbon Monocoque handle part is made from a hollow Carbon construction, eliminating the use of EVA from the rear grip. This leads to a very light construction, which is extremely sensitive and improves the vibration transmission through the blank to your hand.
To enable a balance of power and finesse, the 2020 Zodias rods continue to be equipped with Shimano's Hi-Power X Blank and Ci4+ reel holder as well as improved Fuji Stainless Alconite K-Rings with a SiC tip.
