The Yasei Perch Versatile rods in the mid-price range were specifically designed for fishing for perch with a wide range of softbaits and rigs. Slim, sensitive, and with a lightning-fast action, these rods are remarkably versatile and even small perch are fun to fight.Fishing for perch with softbaits is becoming increasingly popular. It is not only a lot of fun, but also very effective. This is where the Yasei Perch Versatile rods come into play. Specifically developed for fishing with small lures, they have a very precise casting performance, enabling pinpoint fishing around underwater structures and hot-spots.
Available in two versions, they can be ideally combined with Shimano reels of size 1000 or 2000. The shorter model has a rod length of 1.95m and a casting weight of 3-12g. It is very suitable for fishing with the smallest lures in tight spaces. The longer 2.25m version has a casting weight of 7-18g. It enables better casting distances, the use of slightly heavier lures, and is a great all-round rod for perch fishing.
