Unlike knots, crimping maintains a higher line breaking strength for safer and more reliable connections.Our precision-machined crimp slots are 0.6mm, 0.7mm and 0.8mm, allowing for a perfect crimp every time. They are suitable for a wide range of materials, ensuring you can create Ronnie Booms and Chod Rigs to the highest standard.
Our crimping tool is made from super strong carbon steel and PTFE coated for easy application and corrosion protection and is designed to last. The side cutter is perfect for quickly preparing boom material and cutting after crimping, saving you time and effort.
The comfortable rubber handles provide a secure hold and make handling easier. The compact design fits easily into most tackle boxes. Comes with two different crimp sizes: 0.6mm and 0.7mm. Choose the crimp size closest to the diameter of your boom or leader material for best results. Our crimps can be used with bristlefilament, monofilament and fluorocarbon materials.
To be on the safe side, always check your crimped connections with a puller tool before ejecting.
